New York Royals FC Club Policies & Expectation


  1. Safety First!
  1. An adult family member must accompany their child to practice and must remain on the sidelines for the entirety of the practice.
  2. Families must inform coaches of any health conditions that may hinder or limit a player from playing before practice begins.
  3. Players must always follow the coaches' instructions at all times.
  4. Players must bring water or other hydrating fluids with them to practice.
  5. Players must wear comfortable, athletic clothing and turf shoes to each practice.
  2. Respect is not negotiable.
  1. Players and family members must be safe and respectful in all interactions with coaches, players, other family members and the community at large.
  3. Cancellations
  1. Cancellations may occur due to inclement weather or any other dangerous conditions. We will always try to contact families as early as possible, but families should expect to be notified at least one hour before practice.
  2. Since our price is set for an entire season, if a session is canceled, no makeup sessions will be held.
  4. Uniforms
  1. Players must wear the club uniform to each practice and/or games. Players may not wear the uniform of any other club to practice or games.
  5. Schedule
  1. Families must bring their child to their scheduled practice on time.
  2. Before joining each session, players must greet the coach first before joining any activities.
  3. Players must leave the field once practice is over, so the next session may begin on time
  6. Registration & Payments
  1. Families must register each child using our online registration system. All players must be accounted for in our system.
  2. All payments must be made prior to the season's start.
